 Change Management Award

  • Who Should Enter: Candidates for this award must show evidence of having managed a substantial change programme within their organisation. Judges will look for evidence of good planning, clear communication strategies, coupled with coherent learning programmes and seamless implementation. This award is open to all organisations.

  • Entry Criteria: This is an organisational award for any organisation that has undertaken a change programme during the past 18 months, or that has an ongoing change programme if it is a major initiative. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).
  • Who Should Enter: Candidates for this award must show evidence of how the implementation of an effective Employee Engagement strategy has impacted positively on the business. Entrants should give evidence of improved output, a downturn in the negative indicators like sick leave and a reduction in staff turnover. Judges will also need to understand the drivers that led to the implementation of this strategy and how its success has been measured. This award is open to all organisations irrespective of size or type.

Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).
  • Who Should Enter: This is an organisational award for any organisation with a turnover/budget in excess of £10m that has achieved considerable success in minimising its impact on the environment throughout the year. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).

  • Entry Criteria: Candidates for this award must show evidence of minimising their impact on the environment through a strategy which optimises sustainability, reduces the carbon footprint, and supports recycling. These initiatives should be underpinned by good employee policies, a culture of community involvement, and good corporate governance. Judges will look for evidence of a top-down strategic approach with a bottom-up operational understanding. This award is open to all organisations with a turnover/budget in excess of £10m.
  • Who Should Enter: This is a team award for any management team that has achieved considerable success during the past 18 months. Candidates can enter for individual projects, such as IT implementation, through to changes in working practices, such as short time working or new ownership. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).

  • Entry Criteria: Candidates for this award must show evidence of how they have collectively delivered improved services to the rest of the organisation. They will need to show that the changes they have implemented have achieved pre-set goals, are understood by the business and have measurable outcomes. Judges will look for a clear cohesive strategy implemented seamlessly into the fabric of the organisation, with the outcomes of the improved services still delivering business benefits.
  • Who Should Enter: This is an award for senior level individuals. Candidates can enter themselves or be nominated by a member of their team, a member of their board or peers. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).

  • Entry Criteria: Candidates for this award must show evidence of leading their organisation/department through specific challenges faced over the past 24 months leading to a quantifiably successful outcome. Judges will look for outstanding strategic insight, an inclusive communications strategy, competent delegation policy, identifiable timelines, and examples of overcoming barriers to success. Evidence will be sought of positive outcomes on employee engagement, productivity and financial success.
  • Who Should Enter: Candidates for this award must show evidence of strong sustainable financial results achieved over a three year period, underpinned by clear leadership, sound corporate governance and good employee policies within a culture of continuous learning. Judges will look for evidence of organisational excellence, a strategic approach to growth and an innovative approach to future success. This award is open to all organisations with a turnover/budget in excess of £10m.

  • Entry Criteria: This is an organisational award for any organisation with a turnover/budget in excess of £10m that has achieved considerable financial and organisational success throughout the year. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).
  • Who Should Enter: This is an organisational award for any organisation with a turnover/budget below £10m that has achieved considerable financial and organisational success throughout the year. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).

  • Entry Criteria: Candidates for this award must show evidence of strong sustainable financial results achieved over a three year period, underpinned by good employee policies and a culture of continuous learning. Judges will look for evidence of organisational excellence, a strategic approach to growth and an innovative approach to future success. This award is open to all organisations with a turnover/budget below £10m.
  • Who Should Enter: This is an organisational award for any organisation with a people policy conducive to keeping experienced people in the workplace. Any organisation with initiatives to retain knowledge within the business and that has benefitted from talent retention could win this award. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).

  • Entry Criteria: Candidates for this award must show evidence of awareness of the importance of the retention and development of human capital underpinned by effective HR policies which embrace age, experience and equal opportunity. There needs to be a substantive employee policy operated within a culture of continuous learning and personal development. Judges will look for evidence of a strategic approach to talent retention and the impact it has had on the organisation. This award is open to all organisations.
  • Who Should Enter: This is an organisational award for any organisation that has achieved considerable success in identifying and implementing a Workplace Wellbeing strategy during the past 18 months. Short listed candidates will be invited to present to a panel of judges and will take part in a Q&A session (all judges will sign non-disclosure agreements).

  • Entry Criteria: Candidates for this award must show evidence of how the implementation of an effective Workplace Wellbeing initiative has impacted positively on the business. Judges will look for evidence of a well thought-through strategy which identifies and manages potential crisis points re-integrates those with long term absence back into the workforce, and has a positive wellness strategy. This award is open to all organisations irrespective of size or type.
