Select your preferred method of payment and your validation number will be electronically dispatched to the email address you submit as soon as payment has been received. Payments options include; credit/debit card, bacs or invoice.

I want to enter more than one award

If you want to enter more than one category, and you know which categories you are entering, please download your entry form here, you can select to complete one form for both categories or download multiple forms if you prefer (application forms are generic, therefore suitable for all categories). Select your preferred method of payment and your validation number will be electronically dispatched to the email address you submit as soon as payment has been received. I’m not sure which category to enter

If you are unsure which category/ies to enter, please download the entry form and our panel of independent Judges will determine for you the most suitable category from the information you supply. Select your preferred method of payment and your validation number will be electronically dispatched to the email address you submit as soon as payment has been received. We want you to enjoy entering the CMI National Management & Leadership Awards and competing against often non-competing organisations for recognition. However, we understand the business imperatives that from time-to-time prevail and on occasion an entrant may need to pull out of the competition. Following your statutory 7-day cooling off period, please note, that entry fees are only refundable on a sliding scale, reducing to zero the nearer we get to the closing date. Please also note, that the entry fee is payable whether the entrant completes the entry form or not.  Please be sure that you want to proceed before making payment.
